New flat roofing solutions take Bailey's tally of BIM families from four to nine.

Bailey, a leading specialist in the manufacture and supply of building envelope materials have today added an additional five BIM object listing to their bimstore library.

The majority of Bailey's flat roofing solutions are now available in Autodesk Revit BIM format on the UK's original BIM content library, and they join the likes of coping and eaves systems, drainpiping and guttering.

The newly listed components include: Atlantic Single Ply Membrane, Commodity Systems, Eco-Roof, System 5000 and Systems 17000/17000 Plus, all of which are free to download.

The Atlantic Single Ply Membrane is 100% recyclable in manufacture, installation and years after service and also comes included with the Bailey Standing Seam System. The range comprises four objects, all which are customisable in thickness and default build-ups.

Also sharing similar customisation options are the objects in the Commodity Systems listing, with these also coming with either 10, 12 or 15-year guarantees, making them financially-sound objects for architects to place into their 3D models.

The Bailey Eco-Roof is one of the only entirely ‘green’ systems in the market place and comes with Intensive, extensive and biodiverse planting.
