Blauberg UK: Decentralised Heat Recovery Single Room Heat Recovery Ventilation - The Importance of Fresh Air in your Home

There has never been a more important time for you to be better acquainted with the air inside your home that you breathe.

Typically, houses, flats and apartments have relied heavily on natural ventilation, air brick vents and simple extractors mounted in bathrooms and kitchens.

Nowadays, houses are designed to be more efficient with no provision for natural ventilation, no air bricks and inadequate ventilators positioned in bathrooms kitchens, extracting the very same heat we are trying to conserve. We then add Coronavirus into the equation and before we know it, we have all the ingredients for a very unhealthy house.

In short, we need to maintain fresh air in every habitable room, including bedrooms, without wasting precious heat in the winter and keep our house cooler in the summer.

Fortunately, Blauberg have a solution...

Our Vento Single Room, Decentralised Heat Recovery Ventilation Solutions not only maintain fresh air in every room, they work collectively to provide a whole-house ventilation system that you can control with your smartphone.

How do they work?

The example below shows two Blauberg Vento Mini Units working together, to simultaneously extract dirty humid air and supply clean fresh filtered air within a living room.

Cycle 1 - Extract Air Mode

  • Remove damp, stale, dirty air from your bedroom, living or habitable room.
  • Reduce Co2 levels.
  • Up to 97% of the heat is stored in the unit's heat recovery core.
  • Air, condensation, airborne particles viruses are safely extracted to outside.
  • Extract up to 100 m3/hour of air (depending on model)
  • Uses less than 2 watts of energy (depending on model).
  • Control using your smartphone.

Cycle 2 - Supply Air Mode in Winter

  • Fresh air is collected from outside.
  • Co2 is replaced with fresh oxygen.
  • Up to 97% of 'free' heat is collected from the unit's heat recovery core.
  • The freshly heated air is then filtered and supplied to your living or bedroom.
  • Supplies up to 100 m3/hour of air (depending on model).
  • Uses less than 2 watts of energy (depending on model).
  • Control using your smartphone.

Cycle 2 - Supply Air Mode in Summer

  • Fresh air is collected from outside.
  • CO2 is replaced with fresh oxygen.
  • Up to 97% of 'free' cooler air is collected from the unit's energy recovery core.
  • The freshly cooled air is then filtered and supplied to your living or bedroom.
  • Supplies up to 100 m3/hour of air (depending on model).
  • Uses less than 2 watts of energy (depending on model).
  • Control using your smartphone.
