Bauderflex Green Warm Roof (Torch Applied)

Bauderflex Green Roof System is suited to both new build and refurbishment applications and can be used for green roof build-ups when using a root resistant cap sheet which stops the roots from penetrating the waterproofing system. Bauderflex Green Roof System meets current UK Building Regulations Part B for external fire protection and features torch-free and safe to torch installation on combustible details.

This combination of elastomeric membranes are torch-applied, and incorporate reinforcement for durability. All Bauder specifications include membranes that are hot air welded within torch free zones to meet the industry best practice guidelines produced by the National Federation of Roofing Contractors.
