Bauderflex Green Inverted Roof (Torch Applied)

Bauderflex Green Roof System is installed in an inverted roof construction comprising two layers of torch-applied bitumen waterproofing membranes used for green roof build-ups when using a root resistant cap sheet which stops the roots from penetrating the waterproofing system. The system is suitable for new build and refurbishment applications and used primarily on concrete decks. The anchoring ballast should achieve a permanent minimum load to ensure the insulation is sufficiently anchored in high winds or heavy rainfall.

All Bauder specifications include membranes that are hot air welded within torch free zones to meet the industry best practice guidelines produced by the National Federation of Roofing Contractors.
