Site plan and View range issue

Hello there, I have a problem with the view range thing, it was a a site plan view, but the associated level at level 17. How do I change the associated level? I want to change to ground level. Is it possible to change that level?

I think when you go to the associated level, just on the side "left down side" you will see a radio button show, click on it. Otherwise, the cut plane is what you should look at, and reduce the level, to something around 2000mm if in metric, am more of metric, in Imperial, I think its around 8 feet or so. But, the level itself should be level one for the top range, then you will come from level 17 to the level you want.
