Since 1989, Billi has proudly designed and manufactured premium filtered drinking water systems in Melbourne. For more than 35 years, we’ve been committed to keeping our innovation local, ensuring every system reflects the quality and reliability of Australian made manufacturing.

Now, we’re excited to announce the opening of our brand-new Head Office and Manufacturing Facility in Melbourne’s Reservoir Business Hub, a future-fit space that takes Billi’s heritage and positions it for the next generation.

A Future-Ready Facility

Our new headquarters is more than just a bigger space, it’s been carefully considered to expand our capacity, improve efficiency, and support our ongoing growth.

Key highlights include

• Better Capacity – 70% more space with a 7,810 m² warehouse and expanded production capability
• Better Innovation – A dedicated R&D hub and working showroom, bringing product design, testing and customer experience together

Sustainability at the Core

As a company dedicated to creating products that contribute to Green Star certified buildings, it was important that our new headquarters also set the benchmark for sustainability.

The Reservoir Business Hub, developed by ESR Australia, has achieved a 5-Star Green Star Design & As Built certification, a recognition of the developer’s commitment to sustainable industrial precincts.

Key outcomes include

• Onsite solar PV systems, rainwater harvesting, LED lighting and EV charging infrastructure
• 20,470kg of construction waste diverted from landfill
• 12.5% reduction in embodied carbon during construction
• Extensive use of sustainable and responsibly sourced materials

By moving into this ESR-developed Green Star certified facility, Billi is proud to align our own sustainability values with an environment that supports healthier workplaces, reduced environmental impact, and a more sustainable future.

What’s Next

This relocation marks a major milestone for Billi, but it’s just the beginning.
