Altecnic 35 Litre Dosing Pot Stainless

Description

This 35 litre stainless steel dosing pot is required to insert liquid chemicals into closed heating or chilled water systems.

These chemicals are usually corrosion inhibitors or anti freeze solutions.

Dosing pots are simple and safe to operate and to flush clean.

All connections to the system can be isolated by the ball valves.

Design

A dosing pot unit consists of;

• Fabricated vessel with welded construction
• Tundish
• Vessel and tundish material AISI 304 stainless steel
• 2 - Wall brackets integral with vessel
• 4 - 1 inch BSPisolating valves
• 2 - 1 inch BSP tee pieces
• 4 - 1 inch BSP pipe nipples
• 3/8 inch BSP connection for air relief valve or isolating valve
• 3/8 inch BSP ball valve
• All pipe connections 1 inch BSP.

• Maximum working pressure: 10 bar
• Maximum operating temperature: 90 deg C
• Complies with the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) 2014/68/EU
