MacRes® system is a mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) structure, comprised of prefabricated facing panels and a granular soil mass that is reinforced with our ParaWeb® high tenacity polyester strips, engineered to resist high loads thanks to the interaction between the reinforcing soil and the geostrip reinforcements. The result is a completely vertical structure that can reach very high wall heights, by fitting any geometric, geotechnical constraints and aesthetic requirements.

Coping beam is a precast element, installed on the top panels of the MacRes wall for giving a uniform appearance to the MacRes wall, hiding the top edge of facing panels. Sound barriers or traffic barriers can be placed in combination above the coping beam (according to the project drawings).
