Bowater, a part of the Birtley Group are now live on bimstore. 

Manufactured using a sustainable agrifiber core and with a BS EN 1364 certification, Bowater's exclusive FireShield FD30S is now available to download right here, on bimstore.

Following rigorous, independent testing to European standards at a specialist test house in Germany, the Bowater FireShield FD30s has been proven to maintain its integrity beyond the required minimum 30 minutes, preventing the passage of flames and hot gasses. 

In addition to this, the door set is also complaint with PAS 24 and tested to EN 1634-3:2004, the smoke control test for door and shutter assemblies.

Using a solid timber frame and durable GRP facing, this product is one of only a handful on offer to this standard.

FireShield FD30S not only provides added fire safety and security, but is also aesthetically pleasing.

The full range has been added to bimstore to deliver accurate and seamless specification whilst contributing to the 'golden thread' and digital record of information for each building.
