Their highly-automated factory in Hull can produce more than 170,000 floor panels per week – all designed and manufactured to the latest industry standards and backed up by their industry-leading in-house product testing and technical support facilities.

Now on bimstore there is ten listings for Kingspan Access Floors products as follows;

Acoustideck – An acoustic floor which exceeds the requirement of Document E with the added benefit of full accessibility enabling use of the sub floor void for services.

D-Lock BSEN – Panels are based upon a 600mm module constructed around a high-performance chipboard core. The chipboard panel is machined by a process that ensures the required tolerances are met.

FDEB BSEN and FDEB PSA - These panels are based upon a 600mm module constructed around a high-performance chipboard core. The top and bottom surfaces are laminated with galvanised steel sheet.

RG BSEN, RG PSA and RG Simploc BSEN - The RG panels are based upon a 600mm module constructed around a high-performance chipboard core. The galvanised steel shell comprises a top sheet that is wrapped around and laminated to the core.

RG2 - Its ultra-slim design of only 23mm also provides maximum usable void within the confines of a given floor height.

TL BSEN and TL PSA - Kingspan Access Floors has launched the TL Series, a new raised flooring system based on a 26mm steel encased panel without a perimeter flange, which reduces the possibility of edge damage during handling. The new TL Series comprises the TL3 and TL5 systems, tested to surpass the requirements of BSEN 12825 Class 3 or Class 5 respectively.
