bimstore have partnered with Autodesk to build on an existing relationship developed over many years

As the UK’s original BIM Library, bimstore have partnered with Autodesk building on an existing relationship developed over many years. Bimstore have worked with Autodesk over this period to ensure the platform is live with the latest software developments.

Autodesk is a leader in 3D design, engineering and entertainment software. Since the introduction of AutoCAD software in 1982 they have continued to develop software in response to global markets allowing designers to, create, visualise and simulate ideas in advance of delivery.

Since launching in 2011, bimstore has developed as software has advanced and in this time the platform has responded to the many features which have been added to revit software. Over this time the bimstore team have built strong relationships with the Autodesk team across the globe.

Through these relationships, it was recognised that Autodesk shared a similar vision to bimstore which stimulated a discussion about a more formal partnership.

As a partner, bimstore will get an in-depth understanding of all software platforms and be engaged in strategic development and future roadmaps which will help specifiers to achieve better business outcomes as well as being connected to an experienced community of fellow Autodesk users.

The partnership will build upon the excellent relationship already established between bimstore and Autodesk which will ultimately improve the service to specifiers and manufacturers who can be confident they are at the leading edge of technology development.
