Versaliner

Versaliner® can be used in both Timber Frame and Steel Frame applications, where strength and versatility are key, and where a score-and-snap solution is preferred.

In Timber Frame construction, Versaliner® serves as a fire and acoustic liningboard, providing A1 non-combustibility and, due to its EN 594 racking resistancecompliance, additional structural strength.

In Steel Frame Systems, Versaliner® is frequently employed as a carrier panel inInsulated Rainscreen Systems over 18 metres in height, where testing to BS 8414-2 and compliance with BR 135 are critical.

As a Category ‘A’ board in accordance with EN 12467, Versaliner® has been tested for water impermeability, water vapour permeability, freeze thaw, soak dry, heat-rain with thermal shock and bending strength.

Versaliner’s score-and-snap workability dispenses with the need for specific cutting areas and specialist equipment, reducing labour time and administration on-site.
